Oh My Friend[Audio Review]-->It's Pleasant;)

Sidhharth is back after the average fared 180.He is associating Dil Raju for the second time after Bommarillu.Sidhharth has always encouraged Debut directors through his films , Now oh my friend is not an exception.Venu Sri Ram is the 9th debutant director of sidhharth.Rahul Raj ,even is the debutant composer for Oh My Friend.Lets check how the tunes are.....


1.Oh...Oh My Friend --Karthik
       This is the spark start of the album ,sung by karthik this song promises to be the chartbuster for the next two weeks.The usage of strings in the entire composition draws fans.The lyrics were penned by krishna chaitanya, they are smooth.Karthiks voice is getting sweeter day by day.All those guys waiting for a lovely melody from long time will enjoy this one for sure.You will get addicted.I Personally loved it;)


2.Nuvvu Nenu Jattu--Benny Dayal
       The start of the song is perfectly tuned.You will really love the humming.Sung by benny dayal and written by Sirivennela Seetha Rama Sastry ,the song is awesome at in the percussions.There is no heavy metal nor huge backdrop of drums, only a perfect voice , a perfect tune and sweet hum.This song lasts only for two minutes.No big deal with lyrics.You'll love the hum i say;)

3.Sri Chaitanya--Sidhharth,Shruthi Haasan
  Music Composed By --Late Sri Anil Reddy
   This song has been composed by late Anil Reddy .Lyrics were written by Krishna Chaitanya.This song is another peppy number.The voice of Sidhharth is husky and same with Shruthi Haasan,Though she has to improve a lot in telugu diction.The lyrics sound funny ,repeated listening makes it addicted.Really not a bad one , the percussions and vocals are quite similar to Rahman's in Nee Manasu Naaku Telusu.

4.Aalochana Vastene--Ranjith,Sangeetha,Prabhu,Sarah Straub
   The digital plugins in the start  are catchy.Ranjith's voice is as usual with all the required energy.The tune sounds like an inspiration from any carnatic song.The female voice keeps you searching her name in the album.A good tune though, the percussion is similar to Sainikudu's Maayera.But this has its own version though.A decent pick of the album.This is the music lovers choice;)

5.Vegam Vegam--Benny Dayal,Kavitha.Jayaram Ranjith,Desmond.F(Rap)
    Lyrics penned by Krishna Chaitanya this song is a peppy number.Unlike the general peppy numbers this has its own flavour ,which makes it a decent melody even.Benny's voice was neat and Kavitha's sounds like it's just filtered out of dust, awesome voice she has.Rap was good.Bass ,Vocals,Percussions all were perfect ,a perfect melody to be played in mild volumed shopping malls.

6.Nenu Thanani--Ranjith
   Sounds like a sad melody, it is sung by Ranjith and penned by Sirivennela garu.This is one song where lyrics means a lot than music and vocals.Ranjith moulds his voice as needed, and perfectly suits the shoes.A clean pick of the album.

7.Maa Daddy Pockets--Sidhharth
   Sung by Sidhharth this is a heavy metal number in the album.True to its genre sidhharth keeps the energy levels raising and raising.The lyrics were penned by Krishna Chaitanya ,the lyrics sync with the present day youth ,of course the tune.The usage of strings is like an overdose of chocolate in a heavy metal and Rahul doesn't forget the fact.He made it heavy.Finally the album closes on a high note with a peppy heavy metal.I loved this personally.

Verdict: This is one album where each number has its own flavour.Rahul Raj makes no mistake in targetting his group of audience.I'm happy to see an album without a Mass number.Its a decent and an album rich in music and Lyrics.The lyrics and music were given equal importance.Its a feast for music lovers.
